Our team’s skill and attention to detail enable us to take on projects of all types — from new builds and listed building conversions to commercial-to-residential redevelopments — always with a focus on quality, compliance, and creating long-lasting homes.
Our first project as RBSL set the tone for our future. The Old Country Tavern, a pub left empty for more than 10 years, was acquired by us in July 2024. We secured planning approval by November 2024 and transformed the derelict building into 9 luxury apartments in just six months.
This project demonstrated what RBSL stands for: revitalising communities, unlocking potential in challenging sites, and delivering high-quality homes on time.
